Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: April 18, 2026 · Longship Solutions LLC
viaqr is a hosting platform for QR codes, pages, forms, and files. We want it to be useful for legitimate organizations doing real work. The rules below describe what we will and will not host.
What is not allowed
You may not use viaqr to host or distribute:
- Illegal content — anything that violates applicable law, including content that facilitates fraud, harassment, or the exploitation of minors
- Pornography or sexually explicit material
- Incitement to violence or hatred — content that calls for or celebrates violence against people or groups
- Malware and phishing — content designed to deceive visitors into surrendering credentials or downloading malicious software
- Spam — unsolicited bulk distribution of links or content through viaqr-hosted QR codes or pages
What is allowed
viaqr does not restrict lawful expression. Political opinion, advocacy, satire, criticism, and other protected speech are permitted. We are not in the business of policing points of view — only content that crosses clearly into the categories above.
Reporting abuse
If you encounter viaqr-hosted content that you believe violates this policy, you can report it using the "Report abuse" link present on hosted public pages. Reports are reviewed by our team.
Enforcement
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this policy. For serious or repeated violations, we may terminate access permanently. We will act on credible reports promptly.
