Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using viaqr, you agree to these Terms of Service. viaqr is a product of Longship Solutions LLC, a limited liability company registered in the state of Idaho. If you are using viaqr on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. The service

viaqr provides QR code generation, hosted pages, forms, and file delivery for small organizations. We offer a free trial period and paid subscription plans. Features and plan limits are described on the pricing page.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@viaqr.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Free trial

We offer a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. You can explore the full service and cancel at any time before the trial ends with no obligation.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the then-current plan rate. Billing is handled securely through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use viaqr only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use viaqr to distribute illegal content, pornography, or material that incites violence or hatred. We reserve the right to remove content that violates this policy and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly or seriously breach it.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload through viaqr. By using the service, you grant Longship Solutions LLC a limited license to host, display, and deliver that content as necessary to provide the service to you and your intended audience.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use information. By using viaqr, you agree to that policy.

9. Service availability

We work to keep viaqr available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will not be liable for any interruption in service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Longship Solutions LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of viaqr. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice in the product. Continued use of viaqr after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles.
