viaqr offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. You can use the full service during the trial and cancel at any time before it ends — you will not be charged.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your account until then, and you will not be charged for the next period. We have made cancellation straightforward on purpose — there are no tricks or waiting periods.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds as a standard policy. Subscription charges cover access to the service for a defined billing period, and cancellation stops future charges rather than reversing past ones.
We recognize that unusual situations arise. If you believe your circumstances warrant an exception, contact us at support@viaqr.com and we will consider it on its merits. We make no promise of a refund, but we are reasonable people.
